Website redesign proposal September 2026

Colonial Family Dentistry, three ways.

We took everything on your current website — your doctors and team, services, insurance details, post-op instructions, reviews, and the photos of your new office — and rebuilt it in three distinct directions. Same content, three personalities. Every page in each concept is clickable, and each one works on phones as well as desktops.

Your real photosOffice exteriors lightly retouched
After: the office with its roof cleaned Before: the original photo of the office

Algae streaks, stains, and twig debris removed from the roof. Everything else in the photo is untouched. All four exterior photos in the concepts use the retouched versions.

01

Your best photos are hidden

The new office photos (the wooded exterior, the sage-green waiting room, the coffee bar) sit in a gallery on the “We Moved!” page. The new designs put them front and center on every page.

02

“We Moved!” is still in the main menu

The move to Jamestown Road is described as recent, but it happened in 2023. The address change now lives on the Visit page, where it helps long-time patients without dating the site.

03

Hours don’t match across pages

The About Us page lists Monday to Wednesday and leaves out Thursday, while the rest of the site says Monday to Thursday. Every concept pulls hours from one place, so they can’t disagree.

04

Insurance wording differs by page

One page says you don’t take HMOs or Medicaid; another adds Medicare. The new designs state it once, clearly, next to the plans you do take (Delta Dental and Cigna PPO).

05

Two doctors, one “Doctor” page

The menu says “Meet Our Doctor,” the welcome text mentions “our team and doctor,” and Dr. Salom’s bio still reads as if he hasn’t started yet. Both dentists now get equal, current profiles.

06

No easy way to request a visit

The site says requesting an appointment is simple through the website, but there’s no appointment page, only a general form at the bottom of the homepage. Each concept has a clear request form and a tap-to-call button on every screen.

07

Financing page is a dead end

The Payment Options page is a single Sunbit graphic that tells visitors to click “learn more,” but there’s nothing to click. Financing is now explained alongside insurance and payment options.

08

Reviews that need a refresh

One featured review praises a dentist who isn’t listed on the site. We’d pull in current Google reviews that mention Dr. DiGuardia, Dr. Salom, and today’s team.

09

Branding credits the vendor

The footer copyright names the website platform company, not the practice, and the logo is a small, low-resolution image. Each concept includes a crisp new wordmark.
